On October 3rd and 4th, the Labor Community Service Program in partnership with My Health Solutions will be providing a Drive Through Flu Shot Clinic at Kakaako Waterfront Park.  The LCSP will vaccinate 1000 insured and 1000 uninsured people on a first come first served basis. If you are uninsured, please bring your union ID card. You must fill out the release and consent form prior to the event.
